Product Overview
The TPA-RLC series AC programmable loads can simulate various resistive R, capacitive L, and inductive C AC loads, mimic the operating environments of inverters, and detect the actual output power and load-bearing capacity of inverters. They can also detect and tune the resonant points of photovoltaic inverters. The power input uses segmented combined control, allowing for arbitrary combinations of various power inputs. The RLC programmable AC loads are mainly used for testing AC power sources such as inverters, UPS systems, and generator sets.
Product Features
◇ Equipped with panel operation and remote control options, providing corresponding upper computer operation software.
◇ Resistive, inductive, and capacitive load powers can be freely combined; resistive load power adjustable from 1W to rated power, inductive load power adjustable from 1W to rated power, and capacitive load power adjustable from 1W to rated power; capable of accurately adjusting the AC resonance point under three-phase voltage unbalance conditions, and can accurately simulate AC resonance occurrence and meet the needs of inverter debugging and testing.
◇Measures multiple data points to meet inverter testing requirements, including resistive current, inductive current, capacitive current, voltage, current, frequency, power, apparent power, reactive power, voltage total harmonic distortion, current total harmonic distortion, power factor, voltage waveform. Data can be uploaded to a PC for process recording and storage during the detection process.
Resonance Test: Set inductive power consumption = capacitive power consumption. During resonance, theoretically, the reactive inductive and capacitive power cancel each other out, resulting in reactive power = 0.
◇ Power factor adjustable from 0.3 to 1; with an added power factor navigator, users simply input the desired power or current and the power factor number to generate the corresponding LC value.

◇Applied to fields such as factory inspection, production debugging, R&D, laboratory electrical property testing, and institutional testing for grid-connected inverters; responsible for product acceptance and routine maintenance inspections of grid-connected inverters, scientifically testing the power supply capabilities of various inverters, and providing inspection reports.
