Product Overview: The DCL-R series DC load is equipped with a new type of alloy wire material. It operates through energy consumption and is cooled by forced air cooling using a small axial flow fan, offering high airflow, excellent heat dissipation, and low noise. It is applied for testing the output power and load capacity of communication DC equipment such as vehicle power supplies, battery charging and discharging, DC welders, DC panels, UPS systems, and switching power supplies.

Product Features ◇Control Method: Button control or switch switching; ◇Made of stainless steel alloy resistance, the test process will not cause thermal drift of resistance value due to heating of resistive load components; ◇Users can set and adjust the discharge power, set the discharge time, and automatically turn off the load when the timing time is reached based on performance parameters and detection requirements; ◇Detect the working efficiency, full load operation full-scale output power, and load-bearing capacity of various power generation and discharge equipment; ◇Simulate various complex working environments, sudden increase and decrease of power, to test the actual load-bearing capacity and efficiency of discharge equipment; ◇Emergency stop and temperature protection, automatic shutdown for overloading, short-circuit, and overheating equipment; ◇Equipped with over-temperature protection function, temperature setting (0~100°), and temperature monitoring function; ◇Introduction to Alloy Resistance Wire Material:

(1) The alloy resistance wire material selected is a silver-manganese alloy (NiCr6023) with high-temperature resistance (operating not exceeding 1300°C), stable electrical properties, and a small temperature coefficient of expansion (5*10^-5/°C). (2) The materials for each component of the power consumption resistance are strictly regulated. The tube is made of high-stretchable and corrosion-resistant stainless steel 321 (1Cr18Ni9Ti), the filling material is export-grade electrical grade magnesium oxide powder (Sg-9), and the execution standard is JBY-TE4088-199. The density value of the magnesia sand during the manufacturing process is 3.0g/cm3 ± 2.Terminal screws and fixing screw columns are made of corrosion-resistant and high-temperature-resistant stainless steel 304 (0Cr18Ni9). Strict and clear 3.0g/cm³ ±2 material control ensures the batch-produced alloy resistors have highly consistent performance. (3) The heat sinks are made of stainless steel 321 material with a height of 7mm ±2 and a thickness of 0.4mm ±2, with a winding spacing less than or equal to 3mm ±2.

(4) The voltage withstand of single-core power resistors is DC 3000V or AC 1500V, 50Hz without puncturing for 1 minute. By串联 multiple alloy resistors, the voltage withstand can be ensured to reach 40kV. (5) Under normal operating conditions, the average temperature of the heat sink for alloy resistors is ≤300℃, not exceeding 320℃, and it has a near 5-fold margin from the resistor to the highest temperature of 1300℃, ensuring continuous and long-term operation of the alloy resistors. (6) When the power resistor reaches 300°-400°, the temperature drift is still ≤±2%, ensuring that the load resistance does not experience significant fluctuations under high-temperature conditions, maintaining a stable power value regardless of the temperature. (7) Under both cold and hot states, the load error is ≤±3%.
