Air Jet Roller Single Board Dryer
Usage:
The jet roller dryer is a primary production equipment for wood processing enterprises, used in single board slicing production lines, single board lathe production lines, and plywood production lines. It is suitable for the production process of cutting first and then drying, especially for drying single boards with thickness ranging from 0.3MM to 3.6MM.
Features:
This machine incorporates multiple advanced production processes and electric control variable frequency technology, thus featuring energy-saving, good drying quality.
Operation Principle of Air Jet Roller Single Board Drying Machine:
1. Operating System:
The planed (sanded) veneer is fed into the intake of the spray drum veneer drying machine, where it passes through several pairs of upper and lower roller cylinders rotating internally. This causes the planed veneer to move forward in a predetermined direction. During its movement, hot air at 110-150°C is sprayed vertically onto both surfaces of the veneer at a speed of V=1.5 m/s through nozzles positioned between the roller pairs. Under the control of the electrical system, the ideal forward speed is adjusted to achieve optimal drying results. Additionally, the uneven veneer is flattened as it moves through the relative rotation of the roller pairs.
2. The air intake of a single board drying machine with a fan roller typically comes in three forms of heat carriers:
1) Steam Type: High-pressure steam at 0.1MPA-0.6MPA is directly fed into the machine's SRL-type radiator with high heat transfer efficiency and large heat dissipation area through external steam pipes of the spray roller drum single board dryer. The heat energy at 110-150°C is transferred out through the heat dissipation aluminum fins on the radiator. Under the action of a high-speed rotating fan, the hot air is then sent through internal air ducts to the spray nozzle of the spray roller drum single board dryer. The hot air is forcefully jetted onto the upper and lower surfaces of the running single board by the spray nozzle, achieving the drying effect.
2) Furnace Type: In consideration that the customers do not have the option to choose a steam-type machine, our factory specifically equips the spray roller single board dryer with an energy-saving hot air furnace. The working principle of the hot air furnace is to burn the waste wood or raw coal from the single board production plant to produce high temperatures. These high temperatures are then transferred through the heat exchange plates installed on the hot air furnace. Under the action of a high-speed fan rotating inside the machine, the hot air is sent to the spray nozzles inside the machine. After powerful喷射 from the nozzles, the hot air is喷射 onto the upper and lower surfaces of the running single board, achieving the drying effect.
3) Electric Heating Type: This medium-sized system unit is generally not energy-efficient and is not commonly used.
3. Electric Control System:
The spray roller single board dryer features a manual control system, no variable speed control, and an automatic computer control system, selectable according to customer requirements. The feed speed is adjusted based on the board thickness and moisture content to achieve ideal drying results.
4. Dehumidification System
The exhaust system of the spray roller single board dryer is achieved through a series of exhaust holes on the machine, regulated by the exhaust control valve. It utilizes either the internal automatic exhaust system or the mechanical force exhaust system to ensure optimal exhaust performance.
5. Insulation and Sealing System
To ensure optimal drying performance of the spray roller single board dryer, the machine's housing is insulated with a shell thickness of 80MM-100MM, preventing heat and air volume loss inside the machine. This achieves an ideal sealed insulation effect.
Daily maintenance for the air jet drum single board dryer:
1. Under normal operating conditions, the machine should be lubricated with oil every 72 hours of fan operation.
2. The machine should be heated first before the fan is started, and it is not allowed to only heat without turning on the fan.
3. If the heat sinks are blocked, they should be cleared immediately to prevent a decrease in the heat exchanger's performance.
4. Excessive chain looseness should be adjusted promptly to prevent the machine from operating abnormally.
5. Loosened screws at any location should be tightened promptly.
