Indirect Heat Exchange Drum Dryer

Utilizing an external combustion method, the dryer's cylinder wall contacts and exchanges heat with the material. The material is continuously tossed by the scraper blades, evenly heated, and then the moisture evaporates gradually. Under the action of the exhaust fan, the moisture is expelled. The material does not come into contact with the flue gas, thus avoiding contamination. It is suitable for drying materials with high purity, such as graphite, feed, feldspar, and quartz sand.

Equipment includes: dryer, drive unit, scraper, roller, wheel, large gear, small gear, idler wheel, dust collector, blower, control, unloader, etc.
