Comprised of a storage warehouse, vibrating feeders, dryers, hot-air furnaces, belt conveyors, iron separators, and vibrating screens, etc. Materials with excessive moisture content, such as nickel-copper and nickel-iron, are evenly fed into the dryer by the vibrating feeders. Inside, the material is continuously lifted, flipped, and heated at high temperatures, with moisture being expelled. The moist air is drawn away by the fan. At the end of the conveyor belt, an iron separator removes iron-containing material, while the iron-free material passes through the vibrating screen to separate the desired material, meeting production requirements.
