Quartz Ore Drying Machine Overview

This dryer utilizes a countercurrent heating method. The material to be dried is fed into the drum from the inlet end and is pushed backward by the spiral scraper. Due to the inclined placement of the dryer, the material flows backward on one hand under the action of gravity and rotation, and on the other hand, it is repeatedly lifted by the scraper, brought up to the top, and then continuously sprinkled down, forming a uniform curtain inside the drum. This allows for sufficient heat exchange with the hot air inside the drum. As the material is repeatedly sprinkled, the moisture content gradually evaporates, achieving the drying purpose. This material is suitable for drying temperatures below 700 degrees.
