Talcum Powder Drying Machine Introduction

This dryer utilizes a downstream heating method. The material to be dried is conveyed into the drum through the feed end and is then pushed towards the rear by a spiral抄板. Due to the inclined placement of the dryer, the material is moved towards the back end by gravity and rotation. Additionally, the material is repeatedly lifted by the抄板, brought up to the top, and then continuously sprinkled down, creating an even curtain inside the drum. This allows for ample heat exchange with the hot air inside the drum. As the material is repeatedly sprinkled, the moisture content is gradually evaporated, achieving the drying purpose. This material is suitable for drying temperatures below 700 degrees.
