Mechanical structure and working principle
The potato dreg dryer is composed mainly of a heating source, feeding machine, rotary drum, discharging machine, induced draft fan, unloader, and electrical control panel; the dehydrated wet soybean dreg enters the dryer and, under the action of the抄板 (scrapers) distributed evenly within the drum, is uniformly dispersed and thoroughly exposed to hot air inside the dryer, thereby accelerating the heat and mass transfer during the drying process. Throughout the drying phase, the soybean dreg, influenced by the inclined抄板 and the heat medium, is discharged as dried product through the star-shaped unloading valve at the opposite end of the dryer.
