Dust removal equipment:

Baghouse Dust Collector: A baghouse dust collector is a dry filtration device suitable for capturing fine, dry, non-fibrous dust. The filter bags are made from woven fabric or non-woven felt, utilizing the filtration effect of the fibrous fabric to filter the dusty gas. As the dusty gas enters the baghouse dust collector, particles with large size and high density settle to the ash hopper due to gravity. The gas containing finer dust is retained by the filter material as it passes through, resulting in the purification of the gas.

Working Principle

Filter dust removal units include bag dust collectors and granular bed dust collectors. The former typically uses filter bags made from organic or inorganic fiber fabrics as the filtration layer, while the latter often employs a filtration layer composed of particles of various sizes, such as quartz sand, river sand,陶粒 (cat litter), slag, graphite, carbon black, and ultrafine powder.

As the powder repeatedly adheres to the outer surface of the filter bag, the powder layer continually thickens, increasing the resistance value of the fabric dust collector; the pulse valve diaphragm issues a command, and when submerged from both sides, the pulse valve opens, allowing compressed air from the high-pressure air bag to flow through. If there is no dust or it is reduced to a certain extent, the mechanical cleaning process will cease.

The bag dust collector consists mainly of the upper housing, middle housing, lower housing (ash hopper), cleaning system, and ash discharge mechanism, etc.

The performance of bag dust collectors is primarily determined by the selection of the filter bag material and the efficiency of the cleaning system. The cleaning method is a distinguishing feature of bag dust collectors and a critical aspect of their operation. It is a medium-efficiency dust collector suitable for purifying high-temperature烟气, widely used in boiler flue gas dust collection, multi-stage dust removal, and pre-dust removal. However, its main drawback is the lower efficiency in removing fine dust particles (≤5μm).

2. Cyclone Dust Collector: A type of dust removal equipment, the cyclone dust collector operates by causing the dusty air stream to rotate, separating and trapping dust particles against the wall of the collector with centrifugal force, and then allowing the particles to fall into the ash hopper under the force of gravity.

3. Water Film Dust Collector: Dusty gas is introduced into the lower part of the body in a tangential direction, rotates and rises, and dust particles are separated by centrifugal force and thrown to the inner wall of the cylinder. They are adsorbed by the water film layer flowing on the inner wall of the cylinder and flow to the bottom cone with the water stream, then discharged through the dust outlet. The formation of the water film is achieved by several nozzles arranged at the upper part of the cylinder, which spray water tangentially to the wall. Thus, a thin rotating water film flows downward on the inner wall of the cylinder continuously, which aims to improve the dust removal efficiency. This wet-type dust collector has a simple structure, low metal consumption, and low water consumption. However, its disadvantages include a high height, difficulty in arrangement, and the presence of water droplets observed during actual operation.
