Dust removal equipment:
Baghouse Dust Collector: A baghouse dust collector is a dry dust removal device suitable for capturing fine, dry, non-fibrous dust. The filter bags are made of woven fabric or non-woven felt, utilizing the filtering effect of the fibrous material to filter the dusty gas. As the dusty gas enters the baghouse dust collector, particles with large size and high density settle to the ash hopper due to gravity. The gas containing finer dust is trapped by the filter material during passage, resulting in purified gas.
Operating Principle
Baghouse dust collectors and granular bed dust collectors are included in the filtration dust removal systems. The former typically uses filter bags made of organic or inorganic fiber fabrics as the filtration layer, while the latter employs a filtration layer composed of particles of various sizes, such as quartz sand, river sand, ceramic beads, slag, graphite, carbon black, and ultrafine powder, etc.
As the powder repeatedly adheres to the outer surface of the filter bag, the powder layer continually thickens, increasing the resistance value of the fabric dust collector; the pulse valve diaphragm issues a command, and when submerged from both sides, the pulse valve opens, allowing compressed air from the high-pressure air tank to flow. If there is no dust or it is reduced to a certain extent, the mechanical cleaning process will cease.
The bag dust collector consists mainly of the upper housing, middle housing, lower housing (ash hopper), cleaning system, and ash discharge mechanism, etc.
The performance of a bag dust collector depends crucially on not only the correct selection of filter bag material but also the cleaning system. The cleaning method is one of the characteristics that differentiate bag dust collectors and a vital part of their operation. It falls under medium-efficiency dust collectors, is suitable for purifying high-temperature flue gases, and is a widely used type of dust collector, often applied in boiler flue gas dust collection, multi-stage dust collection, and pre-dust collection. However, its main drawback is the lower efficiency in removing fine particles (<5μm).
2. Cyclone Dust Collector: A type of dust removal equipment, the cyclone dust collector operates by causing the dusty gas flow to rotate. It separates and collects dust particles from the gas flow using centrifugal force, and then relies on gravity to make the particles fall into the ash hopper.
3. Water Film Dust Collector: Dusty gas is introduced into the lower part of the筒体 through a tangential inlet, rotating and ascending. Dust particles are separated by centrifugal force and thrown towards the inner wall of the筒体, where they are adsorbed by the water film layer flowing on the inner wall, and then flow to the bottom cone with the water stream and discharged through the dust outlet. The formation of the water film is achieved by several nozzles located at the upper part of the筒体, which spray water tangentially towards the wall. This ensures that a thin, rotating water film flows downward on the inner wall of the筒体, thereby enhancing the dust removal efficiency. This type of wet dust collector has a simple structure, low metal consumption, and minimal water usage. However, its drawbacks include a large height, difficulty in arrangement, and the presence of water carryover during actual operation.
