Red Mahogany Vacuum Wax Injection Machine

By utilizing the principle that water boils at a lower temperature under vacuum, a method of dehydrating wood at low temperatures is employed to dry the wood. Subsequently, wax is injected into the rosewood under atmospheric pressure, blocking the pathways for water to enter and exit, achieving stability in rosewood furniture and handicrafts. It boasts short processing time and high uniformity in dehydration, saving up to 1/2 the time compared to conventional drying, with wood moisture content reaching below 6%. Electric heating is used (steam heat sources and thermal oil heat sources can also be utilized if required by the customer). It is highly automated, reducing labor management costs, and is an ideal product for processing rosewood furniture.
