Using the principle that water boils at a lower temperature under vacuum, a method is employed to remove moisture from wood at low temperatures for drying. Subsequently, wax is injected into the rosewood under atmospheric pressure, blocking the channels for moisture entry and exit, thereby stabilizing rosewood furniture and handicrafts. It boasts short processing time and high uniformity of dehydration, saving up to 1/2 the time compared to conventional drying, with wood moisture content reaching below 6%. Electric heating is used (steam and thermal oil heating sources can also be utilized if required by the buyer), with a high degree of automation, reducing labor management costs, and is an ideal product for processing rosewood furniture.
