Red Oak Vacuum Wax Injection Machine

Utilizing the principle that water has a lower boiling point under vacuum, this method removes moisture from wood at low temperatures to dry it. Subsequently, wax is injected into the rosewood under atmospheric pressure, blocking channels for moisture entry and exit, achieving stability in rosewood furniture and crafts. It features short processing time and high uniformity in dehydration, saving up to 1/2 the time compared to conventional drying. The wood moisture content can reach below 6%. Electric heating is used (steam and thermal oil sources can also be utilized if required by the customer), with high automation to reduce labor management costs, making it an ideal product for processing rosewood furniture.
