Brief Introduction to Workshop Heating Furnace

The RFH.RFHL series poultry and livestock heating air furnace is a new energy-saving model developed by our factory based on years of experience in producing energy-saving air furnaces and comprehensive research on similar domestic products. It integrates the advantages of various air furnaces. This product not only features clean hot air, rapid temperature rise, and stable performance but also boasts significant advantages such as low coal consumption, fully automatic operation, long service life, energy efficiency, and simple operation and maintenance. It has unparalleled superiority compared to other air furnaces and represents a completely new, cost-effective replacement product.
This product, as an ideal hot air heating equipment, is widely used in standard and non-standard chicken houses, egg-laying houses, breeding houses, and duck houses in various animal husbandry farms, as well as in pig houses, hatcheries, chick nurseries, and nurseries for other animals. It also serves as winter heating and temperature control equipment for large spaces such as animal husbandry farms, greenhouse nurseries, and factory workshops.
II. Composition and Working Principle

The RFH.RFHL Livestock Heating Hot Air Furnace is composed of components such as the furnace door and combustion chamber, heat exchange system, ash outlet, blower, exhaust fan, chimney, temperature measurement, and fully automatic temperature control electrical equipment. The combustion chamber can use various types of coal or combustible debris as fuel. The fuel burns in the combustion chamber to produce heat energy, which is then fully exchanged and absorbed by the carrier air in the heat exchange system, generating hot air at a certain temperature. This hot air is transported and distributed through pipes to provide heating and temperature control for the environment.
Section 3: Technical Performance and Features

Our factory's general poultry and livestock shed heating equipment has the following notable advantages:
1. Wide-spectrum fuel applicability and energy-saving. Due to the rational design of the combustion chamber's air distribution, with appropriate airflow, both powdered coal and lump coal can be fully combusted. Thus, the fuel range is extensive. The flue gas is circulated through multiple stages in the heat exchange system with air, transforming into hot air, ensuring the full utilization of heat energy and meeting the coal-saving requirements. The operation of the blower and exhaust fan is automatically controlled based on temperature, potentially saving electrical energy. Particularly during the spring and autumn seasons when there's a significant temperature difference between day and night, the electricity-saving effect is particularly pronounced.
2. Long service life. The furnace combustion chamber heat exchange system, treated with our factory's exclusive special refractory process, can operate stably at temperatures up to 1450°C without damage, significantly extending the lifespan of the equipment to 7-8 years. Additionally, the fluctuation of the hot air temperature becomes more stable, ensuring smoother operation.
3. Uniform room temperature and fresh air. The fan located in the combustion chamber of the RFH.RFHL hot air furnace can draw in indoor air, as well as fresh outdoor air, or a mix of both. After heat exchange, it converts the air into warm air and distributes it indoors, effectively controlling the gas concentration and humidity in animal housing. In fact, regardless of the source of the air, the high temperature within the furnace chamber also acts as a sterilizing factor, ensuring the freshness of the air. Additionally, the hot air ducts are equipped with diffusers set at a 120-degree downward angle along their entire length, and each diffuser is adjustable. While distributing heat into the room, they also promote forced convection of air, making temperature control very manageable. This ensures uniform temperature distribution throughout the length, while also meeting the need for localized high temperatures (such as during chick rearing).
4. Simple operation, easy maintenance. The equipment truly achieves automated control with a lazy man's operation. Just set a few values, and the fans and exhaust systems operate automatically based on temperature. As long as you remember to add coal, our equipment can work safely and automatically. It's both hassle-free and labor-saving, and it may also save you electricity. Our specially designed blowers and exhaust systems have undergone numerous design improvements in terms of construction and installation, making repairs quick and convenient.
5. Flexible and diverse installation methods. The exhaust outlets of the RFH.RFHL energy-saving hot air furnaces can be designed to blow air to the left or right. The detailed installation location and pipeline layout can be determined according to the actual situation. The equipment comes with an insulation layer and can be installed outdoors or indoors. You can choose one furnace for one or two animal or poultry sheds.

Note: 1. In addition to the 6 standard sizes mentioned above, we can also manufacture oversized or undersized models of hot air furnaces upon request. 2. The exhaust temperature and airflow of the hot air furnace of the above model can be adjusted according to actual needs, with the exhaust temperature typically ranging from 100 to 200°C. At the same time, the amount of coal burned will vary accordingly. 3. The amount of coal refers to the quantity required to achieve the rated heat output; the average amount of coal burned during actual use is significantly less than this value.
