Application: Widely used for drying raw materials in industries such as dry mixed mortar, yellow sand, cement plant slag, clay, coal, blends, iron powder, construction materials, chemicals, and foundry.
Features:
1. The investment required for the three-tube sand dryer is 6/1 of imported foreign products.
2. These three drum dryers ensure the final moisture content of the material is below 0.5%, suitable for products in dry mixed sand mortar and slag powder production lines.
3. The cylinder self-insulation heat efficiency is as high as over 80%, improving the heat efficiency by 45% compared to traditional single-tube dryers which only have a 35% efficiency.
4. The three-tube sand dryer fuel can accommodate coal, oil, and gas. It is capable of drying materials such as blocks, granules, and powders less than 20mm in size.
5. The three-tube sand dryer reduces the land area by approximately 50% compared to the single-tube dryer, cuts civil engineering investment by approximately 50%, and has an electricity consumption lower than 60%.
6. Alloy steel plates are more wear-resistant than ordinary steel plates.
7. Adjust the final moisture content as required.
8. Low exhaust temperatures, extended lifespan for dust removal equipment.
9. These three dryers do not require the use of large and small gears for rotation; they are equipped with roller wheels for turning.
