详情描述

The execution standard for PE water supply pipes is GB/T 13663.2-2018 "Polyethylene (PE) Pipeline Systems for Potable Water - Part 2: Pipes," which was released on March 15, 2018, and implemented on October 1, 2018, partially replacing GB/T 13663-2000.

This standard specifies the technical requirements for polyethylene (PE) pipes used for water supply, including materials, specifications, and performance indicators. For instance, the standard applies to water supply pipes made from PE63, PE80, and PE100 materials, with nominal pressures ranging from 0.32MPa to 1.6MPa, nominal outside diameters from 16mm to 1000mm, and is suitable for pressure water conveyance at temperatures not exceeding 40°C, general-purpose applications, and the transportation of drinking water.

When selecting PE water supply pipes, it's recommended to choose products that meet engineering requirements according to standards to ensure pipe quality and project safety. Additionally, consider factors such as specific usage environment, pressure requirements, and connection methods.

Additionally, GB/T 13663.1-2017 "Polyethylene (PE) Pipeline Systems for Water Supply – Part 1: General Requirements" also specifies the general requirements and fundamental principles for polyethylene pipeline systems used for water supply.
