The solution offers real-time monitoring and early warning processing for vacuum ovens, coating machine temperatures, drying dew point temperatures, encapsulation temperatures, especially for crucial baking processes, in the lithium battery industry. It features an excellent human-machine interface, easy-to-configure components, and an efficient intelligent management system.

This solution features a temperature control module, vacuum monitoring module, and real-time alarm module. By integrating with domestic equipment manufacturers, it offers efficient control/monitoring functions, enabling unmanned and intelligent supervision of equipment.

Coating Machine: Achieves online temperature measurement for stable and reliable temperature control. It can promptly alert and address temperature anomalies, ensuring optimal baking process temperature and excellent cell cycling performance.

Vacuum Oven: Achieves real-time measurement and alarm to ensure the temperature meets production standards during the production process, effectively solving issues such as unqualified temperature (excessive moisture in the battery cells leading to post-battery expansion) and extremely high temperatures (insulation film shrinkage causing battery fire and explosion).
