PVC Coated Steel Pipe (also known as coated pipe), is a steel-plastic composite pipe with an outer PVC layer, an inner metal layer, and an anti-rust inner layer. It does not use adhesives to bond the environmental-friendly metal layer and plastic layer; instead, the plastic layer is directly bonded to the metal layer. The inner surface of the steel pipe is coated with a corrosion-resistant layer. Standard coated pipe materials have a diameter of 27.8mm ± 0.2mm, with steel pipe wall thicknesses of 0.7mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, and 2.0mm.
