They feature a fully assembled structure of posts and beams, with a simple and effective design. Functional accessories such as partitions, steel deck plates, metal wire mesh decks, storage bin guides, and drum racks can be added according to the characteristics of storage unit equipment, meeting the storage needs of various unit packaging equipment. Key features of heavy-duty racks: 1. Goods are usually stored on racks after being packaged in units such as pallets and storage bins. Each unit can typically carry up to 4000kg, with two units usually placed per shelf. 2. They are widely and commonly used racks, suitable for the vast majority of warehouses and product storage. 3. They offer 100% random selection of goods. Handling equipment like forklifts can reach any storage position for operations, making storage operations convenient and quick! 4. Storage operations are carried out using mechanical handling equipment. 5. Unit rack spans are generally 4m or less, depths are 1.5m or less, low and high bay warehouse rack heights are generally 12m or less, and very high bay warehouse rack heights are generally 30m or less (these types of warehouses are mostly automated, with the total height composed of several posts 12m or less in height). 6. Layer heights can be freely adjusted in multiples of 75mm.
