They are primarily used for storing various mold items and are categorized into light-duty and heavy-duty mold racks based on their load-bearing capacity. The top of the rack can be equipped with a mobile hoist cart for easy lifting of molds. Features of mold racks: 1. They are assembled in modules, mainly consisting of column pieces, guide slots, drawer shelves, rods, and locating pins, connected by bolts for stable and reliable structure, commonly used in rows. 2. The drawer trays are composed of sliding tracks and drawer trays, with frames made from rectangular tubes and bent parts welded together, and steel plates. Each sliding track is fixed with two bearings at the front, back, top, and bottom, allowing smooth rolling within the guide slots with minimal resistance and easy drawer removal. 3. For safety, the drawer trays of mold racks are designed with locating and limit pins to ensure safe drawer operation. 4. The load-bearing capacity of light-duty mold racks is between 200 to 800 kg per shelf. The heavy-duty drawer racks have a load-bearing capacity of 800 to 1500 kg per shelf. 5. Mold racks occupy less space, have heavy layers, detailed categorization, and simple operation. 6. Mold racks can also have drawer trays mounted on the beams of position racks, offering cost savings and a more stable structure.
