Mold racks are a type of shelving, commonly referred to as mold shelves. They primarily store various mold items and are categorized into light-duty and heavy-duty mold racks based on their load-bearing capacity. The top of the rack can be equipped with a mobile hoist cart for easy lifting of molds. Features of mold racks include: 1. Assembly by components such as column strips, guide slots, drawer shelves, rods, and positioning pins, connected with bolts for stable and reliable structure, usually used in rows. 2. The drawer trays are mainly composed of sliding tracks and drawer trays. The trays are constructed from a frame made of rectangular tubes and bent parts welded with steel plates. Each sliding track is fixed with two bearings from front to back and top to bottom, allowing smooth rolling within the guide slots and easy drawer removal. 3. For safety, the drawer trays of mold racks are designed with positioning and limit pins to ensure safe drawer operation. 4. Light-duty mold racks have a load-bearing capacity of 200 to 800 kg per shelf. Heavy-duty drawer racks have a load-bearing capacity of 800 to 1500 kg per shelf. 5. Mold racks require less space, have heavier shelf loads, detailed categorization, and simple operation. 6. Mold racks can also have drawer trays mounted on the beams of position racks, offering cost savings and a more stable structure.
