They feature a fully assembled structure with columns and beams, offering a straightforward and effective design. Functional accessories such as partitions, steel decking, metal wire mesh levels, storage bin guides, and oil drum racks can be added according to the characteristics of storage unit packaging equipment, enabling storage for various types of goods. Key features of heavy-duty racks: 1. Goods are usually stored on shelves after being packaged in units like pallets and storage bins, with each unit carrying a weight of up to 4000kg, and typically two units per shelf. 2. They are widely used and suitable for most warehouses or product storage needs. 3. They offer 100% random selection capabilities, allowing handling equipment like forklifts to access any storage position for easy and quick storage operations. 4. Storage operations are performed using mechanical handling equipment. 5. Unit rack spans are generally 4m or less, depths are typically 1.5m or less, low and high bay warehouse rack heights are usually 12m or less, and very high bay warehouse rack heights are generally 30m or less (these types of warehouses are typically automated, with total height consisting of several sections of columns 12m or less in height). 6. Layer heights can be freely adjusted in increments of 75mm.
