Heavy-duty racking, also known as beam racking or bin racking, is a type of pallet racking commonly found in domestic storage racking systems. It features a fully assembled structure with columns and beams, offering a simple yet effective design. Functional accessories such as partitions, steel deck plates, metal wire mesh decks, storage bin guides, and oil drum racks can be added according to the characteristics of storage unit packaging equipment, meeting the storage needs of various types of goods. Key features of heavy-duty racking: 1. Goods are typically stored on racks after being packaged in units like pallets and storage bins, with each unit carrying up to 4000kg and usually containing two units per level. 2. It is one of the most widely used racking systems, suitable for the majority of warehouses and product storage. 3. It offers 100% random selection of goods. Handling equipment like forklifts can access any storage position for operations, making storage convenient and quick! 4. Storage operations are performed using mechanical handling equipment. 5. Unit racking spans are generally 4m or less, depths are 1.5m or less, low and high bay racking heights are typically 12m or less, and very high bay racking heights are usually 30m or less (such warehouses are generally automated, with total height composed of several 12m columns). 6. Layer heights can be freely adjusted in multiples of 75mm.
