It features a fully assembled structure with vertical columns and beams, which is simple yet effective. Functional accessories such as partitions, steel decking, metal wire mesh, storage bin guides, and oil drum racks can be added according to the characteristics of the storage unit packaging equipment, enabling storage for various types of packaging. Key features of heavy-duty racking: 1. Goods are typically stored on shelves after being packaged in units like pallets and storage bins, with each unit usually weighing up to 4000kg and each shelf typically holding two units. 2. It is one of the most widely used racking types, suitable for the majority of warehouses and product storage needs. 3. Offers 100% random selection of goods. Handling equipment like forklifts can access any storage position for operations, making storage convenient and quick! 4. Storage operations are carried out using mechanical handling equipment. 5. Unit racking spans are generally 4m or less, depths are typically 1.5m or less, low and high bay racking heights are usually 12m or less, and ultra-high bay racking heights are generally 30m or less (these types of warehouses are mostly automated, with total height consisting of several sections of 12m or less in height). 6. Layer heights can be freely adjusted in multiples of 75mm.
