Installation Steps:

First: Secure the machine. Second: Assemble and wire. Third: Connect power. Please contact our technical staff. Fourth: Install the plastic tube for the solvent outlet. A plastic tube is provided with the machine and placed in the machine's recycling bin. Attach this plastic tube to the solvent outlet and tighten the locking collar.

Ensure the steam pipeline is clear of blockages or leaks after equipment installation. Pipeline inspection method: Turn off the main power switch, release the drum cover locking handle, open the drum cover, and blow 0.2Bar compressed air from the solvent outlet on the outside of the drum into the drum; confirm that air can be smoothly blown out from the solvent outlet pipe on the outside of the drum.

Due to the fact that the Kuanbao solvent recovery machines have been tested and tuned before shipment, once turned on, a check confirms that the fans are operating normally (blowing in the direction of the solvent outlet) and the heaters are heating correctly, allowing for normal use!
