The SMC sheet material production line is an automated equipment system designed for the continuous production of Sheet Molding Compound (SMC). SMC, a high-performance fiber-reinforced thermosetting plastic, is composed of resin (such as unsaturated polyester), glass fiber, filler, and additives. Resin Paste Feed System

  • Function: Precisely measure resins, fillers, curing agents, thickeners, and other raw materials to ensure stable ratios.

2. Fiber Cutting and Settling System
