Our company has been awarded the First Prize in Science and Technology at the Guangdong Survey Association in 2024.

On July 25th, the Third Guangdong Province Engineering Survey and Design Industry Science and Technology Innovation Exchange Conference, hosted by the Guangdong Province Engineering Survey and Design Association, was successfully held. The conference focused on the theme "Technology Constructing Digital Empowerment," emphasizing the important role of technological innovation in the engineering survey and design industry. Our company's Chairman, Wu Ru Jun, attended the event.

During the convention, a plaque award ceremony for some of the winning projects of the Guangdong Province Engineering Survey and Design Association's Science and Technology Awards was held. Our company, as the applicant, had a project titled "Key Technologies for Smart Construction and Monitoring in Replacement Projects" win the First Prize in Science and Technology.

In response to the issue of temporary support required in traditional column bracket replacement techniques, this technology introduces a bracket replacement method without the need for support. It boasts advantages such as rapid construction speed, minimal interference with existing structures, and high safety, making it suitable for wide application in the reinforcement and renovation of existing buildings.

Innovative research has been conducted on the construction techniques for pile foundation replacement and upper structure replacement, integrating them with smart construction methods to address the technical challenge of enhancing the intelligent level of the construction process in replacement projects.

Innovative research has been conducted on the detection and monitoring methods during underpinning projects, developing a method centered around the acquisition of existing building models. This method involves training the models to form a cyclic construction model, assessing the impact of deformation, defects, and damage on the overall integrity of the building, in order to address the technical challenge of intelligent detection and monitoring levels during underpinning projects.
