Project Overview

The Guangzhou Metro Line 11's Rainbow Bridge Station to Zhongshan 8 Station section is located in the Liwan District. Within the range of ZCK23+100.000 to ZCK23+400.00 along the left-line tunnel, 6 Φ1.2m bored cast-in-place pile foundations of the Dongfeng West Road overpass intrude into the Cai-Zhong tunnel section, necessitating an active underpinning. Our company has dispatched a professional lifting team to provide full-service technical guidance for the pre-lifting phase, utilizing a synchronous lifting system and real-time monitoring with wireless electronic equipment.

The project features include: The replacement beams are of a special non-standard structure, with multiple bridge pier locations arranged irregularly on the non-standard replacement beams. Under the lifting at the four ends of the replacement beams, each pier must synchronize without any uplift, while also completing the deformation of the non-standard replacement beams and the replacement piles.
