Guangzhou Rural Credit Cooperative's Foundation Reinforcement and Building Correction Project

Guangzhou Rural Credit Cooperative Foundation Reinforcement and Correction Project Overview: The building at No. 15 Zhugan Road, Zhuyao Town, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou, was constructed in 1992 and is a six-story reinforced concrete frame structure. Due to insufficient bearing capacity of the foundation, uneven settlement occurred, resulting in a tilt rate of 1.25%. An urgent correction of the building's tilt was required. Following the principle of reinforcement before correction, Guangzhou Shengte Construction Reinforcement Company first reinforced the foundation, then used the patented technology of "Adjustable Pile Head Load Correction Device" for reinforcement and correction, successfully straightening the building and receiving unanimous approval from the owner and residents. This project is a typical renovation of an old building.
