The 2022 Guangdong Province Engineering Survey and Design Association Science and Technology Award selections were recently announced. Our company's submitted project, "Innovative Application and Research of Concrete Replacement in High-Rise Buildings," was awarded the Third Prize in the Guangdong Province Engineering Survey and Design Association Science and Technology Award.

The "Whole-story Concrete Replacement Technology for High-rise Buildings with Large Upper Load" utilizes our independently developed patented invention "A Steel Tray Support Force Transmission System" (Patent No. ZL201310044998.0), as well as utility model patents "An Adjustable Height Permanent Support Self-Locking Device" (Patent No. ZL201620697033.0), "A System for Rapidly Controlling Building Settlement" (Patent No. ZL201720697242.X), and "A Deformation Control System for Reserved Structures after Beam Removal and Column Extraction" (Patent No. ZL201720380704.5) for temporary overall support. By pre-pressing, load transfer is achieved, and by adopting step-by-step replacement and static dismantling, the impact on the unremoved parts is minimized. This innovative research in the whole-story concrete replacement of high-rise buildings with large upper loads holds significant social and economic benefits.
