Jiaotong University Guangdong Alumni Real Estate Construction Committee — Visits Shengte Reinforcement!

July 15, 2023, the "Jiao Tong University Alumni Real Estate and Construction Committee - Visit Guangzhou Shengte Building Technology Development Co., Ltd." event, co-hosted by the Guangdong Alumni Association of Jiao Tong University's Real Estate and Construction Committee and Guangzhou Shengte Building Technology Development Co., Ltd., was held at the Shengte Building Technology Development Co., Ltd.'s Talent Training Center. Over 30 alumni from various parts of Guangdong participated. The meeting was chaired by Secretary General Huang Zemin of the Guangdong Alumni Association of Jiao Tong University's Real Estate and Construction Committee and was conducted through a combination of in-person and online live streaming, with over 300 viewers online.

Firstly, Chairman Wu Rujun of Guangzhou Shengte Building Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Chairman Wu Aijun of the Executive Committee of the Architectural Committee of Jiaotong University successively spoke. With the increasing number of old residential areas, the maintenance and reinforcement industry will emerge as a burgeoning sector. The purpose of this event is twofold: first, to understand each other and share resources for mutual development; secondly, as China strides towards high-quality development, the digitalization and networked management of the construction industry will serve as a management tool to ensure the proper maintenance of our vast stock of existing buildings in the context of reform and opening up.

Subsequently, the current president of the Jiao Tong University Real Estate Construction Committee, President Wu Aijun, and Tang Huimin, the executive of the General Affairs Department of the Guangdong Railway Group, presented the "Jiao Tong University Guangdong Alumni Real Estate Construction Committee Alumni Home" plaque and banner to Wu Rujun, Chairman of Shengte Company, and Tang Ying, Vice President.

During the interactive session, alumni from Jiao Tong University introduced themselves, exchanged information, fostered friendships, and shared their alumni spirit. At the same time, several alumni presented PowerPoint presentations on corporate digitalization and network management.

As the event drew to a close, Chairman Wu Ru Jun delivered a summary, expressing his hope for more such events to enhance communication and jointly explore development. He also warmly welcomed frequent guidance from everyone at Shengte!

This event aimed to: 1) foster open communication and emotional connection among alumni; 2) engage in mutual learning and complement each other's strengths; 3) connect resources for alumni and lay the groundwork for a cooperative and win-win partnership.
