Project Overview

The Guangzhou Metro Line 5 section between Shuanggang Station and Miaotou Station is located in the Huangpu District. It starts at Shuanggang Station and extends in a southeast direction to Miaotou Station. Due to the need to cross the Guantian Main Bridge pier 24 of the Guangshen Yangjiang Expressway, a pile foundation replacement is required for this pier.

Our company sends a professional jacking team to provide full guidance for the pre-jacking technical services. We employ a synchronous jacking system for simultaneous jacking and utilize wireless electronic monitoring equipment for real-time monitoring.

Patent Application

During the underpinning process, multiple patented technologies of our company were applied: an adjustable-height support locking device; an underpinning system for tunneling through existing buildings; and an underpinning system for actively underpinning tunnels through existing structures, all key technologies ensuring the entire lifting process was safely completed.
