This project involves a high-rise building under construction (42 floors above ground, 4 floors below ground, frame-core tube structure, with a height of 198 meters and a total floor area of approximately 160,000 square meters, including about 60,000 square meters for the basement). Inspection and evaluation have found that there are varying degrees of concrete quality defects at the construction joints of 5 columns measuring 9 meters in height. These defects have a certain impact on the load-bearing or functional use of the components. Local reinforcement treatment with replacement of the defective layers is required for two columns on the 23rd floor, and one column each on the 33rd, 37th, and 39th floors, totaling 5 columns. The axial load of a single column is approximately 1,300 tons, and the steel sections used are 800mm high.

Design Concept:
1.Through the primary and secondary supports of the steel tray system, the force transfer is completed.
2.Yutop (completed the deformation of the steel tray system, inspected the reliability of the trays and connection joints).
3.The secondary uplift (tight steel shackle, forming a stress support) ensures the safety and reliability of the displacement.
