Hole sealing equipment is composed of three different types of machinery: hole cutting machines, sealing tools, and lower sealing tools. They share a common frame, which consists of a sector plate valve, upper and lower connectors, left and right positioning fixing devices, temporary bypass ports, relief valves, pressure gauges, and other components. The frame serves as a support for the hole cutting machines, sealing tools, and lower sealing tools, while also using its left and right fixing devices to connect and securely clamp the running PE pipelines. The lower connector is connected and sealed to the PE piping components; the upper connector is connected and sealed to the hole cutting machine, sealing tool, and lower sealing tool, respectively. The sector plate valve is a crucial device for opening and closing during the equipment spring replacement in the hole sealing process. The frame is made of aluminum alloy, treated with anodizing, featuring high surface hardness, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and lightweight.
