Pressure Seal Plug Equipment

1. Support Method

Setting up support brackets outside the pipeline and sealing leaks using tools and gaskets is known as the support method. This method is suitable for plugging leaks in larger pipelines and is adopted due to the inability to secure the body.

2. Pressure Sintering Method

A method of fixing a bolt on a pipeline to directly or indirectly block leaks in equipment and pipeline, known as the Top-Pressing Method. This method is suitable for plugging leaks in sand holes, small holes, and other leak points on medium and low-pressure pipelines.

3. Clamp method

The method of stopping leaks by securing a sealing washer in place with a clamp (or clip) is known as the clamp method.

4. Cap Sealing Method

A method of leakage prevention by tightly securing a sealing washer and a gland with bolts on the inside or outside of a hole, known as the gland method. This technique is suitable for sealing leaks in low-pressure, easily manipulated piping.
