The hole sealing equipment is composed of three different-purpose machines: a hole cutting machine, a sealing device, and a lower sealing device. They share a common frame, which is made up of components such as a sector gate valve, upper and lower connectors, left and right positioning fixtures, temporary bypass ports, a relief valve, and a pressure gauge. The frame serves as a support for the hole cutting machine, sealing device, and lower sealing device, and utilizes its left and right fixing devices to connect and securely clamp the running PE pipeline. The lower connector is connected and sealed to the PE piping components; the upper connector connects and seals to the hole cutting machine, sealing device, and lower sealing device; the sector gate valve is an essential device for opening and closing during the equipment spring change in the hole sealing process. The frame material is aluminum alloy, treated with anodizing, and features high surface hardness, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and light weight.
