1. Support Method

Setting support brackets outside the pipeline and plugging leaks using tools and gaskets is known as the support method. This method is suitable for sealing leaks in larger pipelines and is used when it is not possible to secure the body.

2. Pressure Sintering Method

A method for plugging leaks in equipment and pipelines by fixing a bolt directly or indirectly on the pipe, known as the topping method. This technique is suitable for sealing leaks at sand holes, small holes, and other leak points on medium and low-pressure pipelines.

3. Clamp Method

The method of stopping leaks by securing a sealing washer in place with a clamp (or clip) is known as the clamp method.

4. Cap sealing method

A method of using bolts to tightly secure a sealing washer and cover plate on the inner or outer surface of a hole to stop leakage, known as the cover plate method. This technique is suitable for sealing leaks in low-pressure pipelines that are easy to operate.
