Pressure Sealing Gel for Leakproofing

Pressure Sealing refers to a method of stopping leaks in pipes and storage tanks that are under pressure and contain or transport media, which may cause leakage due to corrosion, perforation, dripping, or human damage. This method involves sealing while the flow is not stopped and the tank is not emptied, during which the internal medium may splash. Spark-producing operations such as electric welding and electric sanding are often used, as the term "pressure sealing" does not imply a fire-free operation. However, during actual sealing, flammable and explosive media are often encountered, which must not produce any sparks. Therefore, domestically, pressure sealing has generally been renamed as "fire-free pressure sealing" to more clearly explain the industry's essence. Despite this, people often simplify it to "pressure sealing," but today, "pressure sealing" is widely understood to mean "fire-free pressure sealing." Since the pressure sealing industry lacks standardization, there are various names, with many people believing that pressure sealing is a type of injection sealing. In fact, injection sealing is just one technique within the pressure sealing process, as it is limited to straight pipes. For fittings, elbows, reducers, flanges, and large storage tanks, this method is ineffective.
