Vacuum Negative Pressure Control

In traditional UV inkjet printers, the ink level controls the nozzle, which can easily lead to ink leakage and suction issues, failing to adjust to product height variations. The U500 system utilizes vacuum pressure control for the ink path, ensuring stable ink pressure unaffected by nozzle height, direction, temperature, or ink viscosity, with reliable temperature control.

Automatic Cleaning

Traditional UV inkjet printers use external syringe ink cleaning, which is a cumbersome process, prone to damaging the nozzle, and wasteful of ink. The U500 integrates a one-button cleaning function internally.

Constant Temperature Nozzle

The nozzle features an integrated thermostatic system, with the printing voltage adjusted according to temperature to achieve a more stable printing state.
