Vacuum Negative Pressure Control

In traditional UV inkjet coders, controlling the nozzle ink by the liquid level can easily lead to nozzle ink leakage and ink absorption, and is not adaptable to product height adjustments. The U500 system utilizes vacuum negative pressure to control the ink path, ensuring ink pressure is unaffected by nozzle height, direction, temperature, or ink viscosity, providing reliable temperature control.

Automatic Cleaning

Traditional UV inkjet printers use an external syringe for ink cleaning, which is cumbersome, prone to damaging the nozzle, and wasteful of ink. The U500 features an integrated one-touch cleaning function.

Thermostatic Spray Nozzle

The nozzle features an integrated constant-temperature system, adjusting print voltage with temperature to achieve a more stable printing state.
