Railway guardrails are critical traffic infrastructure, with stricter demands for safety and practicality.

Standard Pillar Requirements: φ48 × 2.5mm/2.0mm/1.8mm

Fiber diameter range: 3.0mm ~ 5.0mm

Mesh Size: 50mm x 200mm; 70mm x 150mm

Structure:

Pillars are available in galvanized steel pipe, peach-shaped pillars, dovetail pillars, and C-shaped steel, while mesh panels come in coated wire mesh, PVC-coated welded wire mesh, lace mesh, steel mesh, and perforated mesh. The general structure involves connecting pillars and frames with fasteners, which can also be directly clipped to pillars, bolted, or riveted with mesh panels. The angles are adjustable.

Select *low-carbon steel wire, woven together; the grid structure is concise, easy to transport, and installation is not restricted by terrain undulations, especially adaptable to mountainous, hilly, and winding areas.

Usage:

Primarily used for guardrails along highways, railroads, and bridge sides; safety protection at airports, ports, and docks; as well as for isolation and protection in municipal construction, such as parks, lawns, zoos, ponds, roads, and residential areas.
