Steel-lined PTFE pipe

The anti-corrosion coating for steel-lined pipes is a domestically produced modified epoxy powder coating, known for its strong adhesion, smooth surface, corrosion resistance, and non-scaling properties. The pipe connections use special connectors, which are made from special heat-resistant insulation materials and processed through a special technique. During on-site welding, the heat cannot directly transfer to the coating on the inner surface of the joint, ensuring that the welding joint maintains the integrity of the anti-corrosion layer, achieving full anti-corrosion for the entire pipeline.

Connectors are equipped with heat and oil-resistant rubber seals and mechanical sight seals. Field connections are made using special sealing adhesives, ensuring no leakage under 25MP pipe pressure. The pipes are complete and can be used in unordered directions and environments. The development of inner plastic pipelines has been launched into the market, filling a domestic gap and obtaining a national technological patent. They are widely used in the tertiary oil recovery in oil fields, polymer injection pipelines, and oil-containing wastewater pipelines. They have completely resolved the repair issue of anti-corrosion steel pipe weld joints below DN300, replacing stainless steel, glass fiber, and other anti-corrosion steel pipes. They offer reasonable pricing, ease of construction, and can extend the lifespan of pipelines.
