Special Steel Pipe

Seamless steel pipes are made by piercing a solid round steel billet, resulting in pipes without any welds on the surface. Depending on the production method, seamless steel pipes can be categorized into hot-rolled, cold-rolled, cold drawn, extruded, and jacking types. By cross-sectional shape, they are divided into round and non-round pipes, with non-round shapes including square, elliptical, triangular, hexagonal, pumpkin-shaped, star-shaped, and winged pipes, among others. The largest diameter reaches 900mm, while the smallest is 4mm. According to their applications, there are thick-walled and thin-walled seamless steel pipes. Seamless steel pipes are primarily used for oil and gas geological drilling pipes, cracking pipes for petrochemical use, boiler tubes, bearing tubes, and high-precision structural steel pipes for automotive, tractor, and aviation use.
