Thick-walled cold drawn bright tube

Three bullish factors exist in the precision bright tube market. Firstly, downstream demand is seasonally recovering, which is beneficial for the decrease in finished product inventory of precision bright tubes and the improvement of the capital chain; currently, the inventory days of imported ore in precision bright tube factories for cold-rolled precision steel tubes are always in demand for restocking. Secondly, prices are already in a safe zone with limited room for further decline; the domestic ore prices have also fallen close to the cost line, and if prices continue to fall, the reduction in domestic ore supply for cold-rolled precision steel tubes will support market prices. Thirdly, after this round of market correction, some market risks have been released, and miners are mentally prepared for the downward shift in the central price level of ore this year.
