I. Overview

Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic (GFRP) odor prevention covers are primarily used in wastewater treatment engineering and petrochemical industries. Thanks to GFRP's corrosion resistance, lightweight strength, aging resistance, design flexibility, ease of installation, and long service life, these covers have been widely applied in modern society. According to customer specifications and the dimensions of the wastewater pond, both arched covers and flat covers can be produced in various shapes. The colors can also be customized to meet diverse user requirements.

Section II: Features:

Seals for sewage ponds and oxidation ditches to prevent odor dispersion. Ventilation openings are provided on the lid, with odors being channeled out through pipes to an odor control unit.

Section 3: Structure and Features

1. The lid is divided into smaller sections for easier manual handling and removal.

2. The individual lid sections and the connection between the lids and the pool's top surface should be sealed to prevent odor leakage.

3. Excellent Corrosion Resistance: All resins are of high-quality, corrosion-resistant types.

4. Excellent Insulation Performance: Due to the low thermal conductivity of fiberglass, this fiberglass equipment can achieve good insulation performance without the need for additional insulation structure.

5. Lightweight and High-Strength, Easy to Install: The specific gravity of glass fiber reinforced plastics is only 1/3 to 1/4 of steel, yet it boasts exceptional strength. Consequently, the transportation and installation of glass fiber equipment are both very convenient.

6. Low Operation and Maintenance Costs: Glass fiber products inherently possess excellent corrosion resistance, eliminating the need for regular anti-corrosion treatments and other maintenance as required for metal products. Clearly, this significantly reduces maintenance costs during the operation of the equipment.

Section 4: Installation, Operation, and Maintenance:

1. Glass fiber odor-proof cover, which can be installed on-site by our company based on local conditions, or self-installed by the user.

2. Concrete foundations are to be constructed according to the foundation size drawings provided by our company.

3. After the equipment installation is completed, first use water or air instead of the odor for circulation adjustment. Only after 4 hours of normal operation (without pipeline running, leaking, dripping, clogging, or other phenomena) can the system be operated normally.

4. Regularly inspect and maintain pumps, valves, pipelines, and fittings to ensure proper equipment operation.
