System Composition


A fixed vertical motor vehicle exhaust remote sensing monitoring system includes:


Light Source Emitter: Equipped with built-in infrared and ultraviolet light sources, the entire component features a high-intensity gemstone mirror and is fully enclosed, unaffected by harsh environmental factors.


Light Source Receiver: Equipped with built-in infrared sensors and a UV spectrometer. Both are at the forefront of similar products domestically and internationally. Capable of fully identifying and analyzing various components such as CO, CO2, HC, NO, PM, etc.


Reflective End: Light source reflector, gemstone mirror surface, high hardness, strong pressure resistance. Suitable for various road conditions. No damage from the碾压 of various vehicles. Single reflection of the light source, maximizing reduction of light source loss.


Speed/Acceleration Detector: Utilizing narrowband radar, single-lane identification is achieved, significantly enhancing the accuracy of complex road condition recognition. Based on the principle of multipoint measurement, it accurately calculates the vehicle's driving status, providing more comprehensive judgment conditions for vehicle data reliability.


License Plate Capture System: License plate capture recorder, high-speed camera captures license plate information, night vision supplementary light enhances night-time recognition rate.


Micro Weather Station: Digital high-precision sensors, including ultrasonic wind speed and direction sensor, high-precision digital temperature, humidity, and barometric pressure sensors. Lightweight and compact design, with high-strength structural engineering, providing environmental parameters for remote sensing measurements in harsh climatic conditions.


Software Operation Platform: The Shandong Shuang Bai Vehicle Emission Remote Sensing Monitoring Software System integrates calibration, auditing, testing, and video recording into a multifunctional platform. It boasts powerful functions, flexible operation, strong visibility, and high coefficients. This system can complete all operations, including data collection, transmission, judgment, statistics, inquiry, and remote control, through a single platform.
