Process verification: In the laboratory, physical and chemical tests were conducted on the URS38 product under relatively high humidity conditions (8-85%). Field spray tests were conducted on-site in the paint shop (a total of 19 pickup cargo boxes were painted), with the steam pipe for dehumidification at the site turned off to verify the improvement in construction conditions of the new product. The new paint product URS3OS was tested under simulated severe painting conditions (high humidity) in the paint shop. The verification method was to spray URS38 on newspaper that was being watered, to observe if the paint could form a film smoothly without bubbling or whitening. Conclusion: From the test results, the laboratory's physical and chemical test indicators met the process requirements, and some parameters showed significant improvements compared to existing wear-resistant paint products.
