The plastic pallet market has a promising future.

Pallets are widely used consumables in the warehousing and transportation industries, with an annual domestic circulation of approximately 80 million units. Of these, 20 million are used at ports (for exports). The materials used to make pallets include wood, metal, and plastic. Currently, 95% of pallets are made of wood, with each wooden pallet requiring 0.05 cm³ of wood. Not only does this consume a large amount of wood resources, but it also necessitates sterilization or high-temperature treatment, as foreign countries will reject them otherwise. Therefore, the development of plastic pallets is imperative. Plastic pallets are reusable, waterproof, and UV-resistant, saving on transportation costs and benefiting outdoor operations and storage, which saves a great deal of turnover warehouse space at ports. Compared to wooden pallets, they offer 3-5 times the hardness and turnover rate, aligning with the need to conserve wood resources.
