Parts can be flipped 0-180 degrees to achieve the goal of converting horizontal to vertical or vice versa.

The workbench is made from steel plates ranging in thickness from 16 to 25mm, based on tonnage and work surface size, ensuring the workbench's load-bearing capacity for the workpieces. A wear-resistant PP board, 10 to 20mm thick, is laid on the surface, protecting the equipment's surface and reducing direct damage to the workbench by the workpieces, thereby extending the lifespan of the mold flipping machine.

Equipment Appearance: Our mold machine comes standard with a deep blue textured paint for the base, a yellow textured paint for the flipover worktable, complemented by black paint for warning purposes.

Equipment operability: Easy to operate with a compact structure, achieving a low countertop height and generous countertop dimensions; installation is very convenient.

 Safety Features: The equipment is equipped with an automatic locking function upon power failure. When power is cut off, the anti-locking system of the motor immediately engages, securely gripping the motor shaft. This causes the motor to stop rotating immediately, and the worktable will also halt its flipping motion, preventing any reverse rotation. Furthermore, in addition to the electromagnetic braking of the motor, the equipment is fitted with electrical positioning and mechanical limit devices to ensure safety and reliability with power-off self-locking capability.

Mechanical self-locking structure, locks immediately upon stopping, will not reverse upon power failure.

Key components are laser-cut and precision machined to avoid errors from manual production, ensuring smooth operation of the equipment.

Optional signal tower lights, displaying different colored signals during operation and standby. The device emits an alarm sound during operation.

All control circuits are designed with 24V safe voltage, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

Industrial hard toothed helical gear reducer is adopted.

Multiple limit stops and mechanical limit protection ensure operational safety.

Equipped with a wired or wireless remote handle for long-distance operation, it is safe and reliable.

Connected with industrial sockets, offering safety and reliability, and easy for movement.

Press the forward or reverse rotation button to rotate the workbench in the respective direction; release to stop.

The electrical system is composed of features such as a leakage protection switch, AC contactor, overheat protection relay, limit switch, intermediate relay, handheld operator, and main power box, etc.

Optional equipment perimeter guardrails, safety gates, and other facilities to prevent unauthorized personnel from entering during equipment operation.
