Equipment Introduction

Operation Principle: This equipment utilizes an electromagnetic clutch brake motor to drive the synchronous shaft, which achieves the tilting of the worktable, thereby accomplishing the transfer of items on the worktable.

Workpiece rotation from 0 to 90 degrees to achieve the operation goal of converting horizontal to vertical or vice versa.

The workbench is made from steel plates ranging in thickness from 16 to 25mm, based on tonnage and table size, ensuring the workbench's load-bearing capacity for workpieces. A wear-resistant PP board of 10 to 20mm thickness is laid on the surface, which protects the surface of the machine equipment and reduces direct damage to the workbench by the workpieces, thereby extending the lifespan of the mold flipping machine.

Equipment Appearance: The standard paint finish for our mold machine includes a deep blue ripple paint for the base, a yellow ripple paint for the flipping worktable, and black paint for a warning effect.

Equipment operability: Easy to operate, compactly designed with a low desk height and spacious desk dimensions; installation is very convenient.

 Safety Features: The equipment is equipped with an automatic locking mechanism that engages upon power failure. In the event of a power outage, the motor's anti-lock system activates immediately, securing the motor shaft. This causes the motor to stop rotating instantly, and the worktable will cease flipping, preventing any reverse rotation. Additionally, the motor features electromagnetic braking, and the equipment is fitted with electrical positioning and mechanical limit devices to ensure safety, reliability, and an automatic power-off locking function.

Mechanical self-locking structure; locks immediately upon stopping, will not reverse due to power failure.

All major components are precision-machined using laser technology, ensuring accuracy and avoiding errors from manual production, guaranteeing smooth operation of the equipment.

Optional signal tower lights with different colored indicator lights during operation and standby. An alarm beep sound is emitted during operation.

The control circuit employs a full 24V safe voltage, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

Utilizing industrial hard toothed helical gear reducer.

Multiple limiting and mechanical locking protection ensure operational safety.

Equipped with line control or remote control handle, operable from a distance for safety and reliability.

Connected with industrial sockets for safety and reliability, featuring easy mobility.

Press the forward or reverse rotation button to rotate the worktable in the respective direction; release to stop.

The electrical system consists of components such as a leakage protection switch, AC contactor, overheat protection relay, limit switch, intermediate relay, handheld operator, and main electrical cabinet.

Optional perimeter guards, safety gates, and other facilities to prevent unauthorized personnel from entering during equipment operation.
